Adjustable threaded filament spool holder

Based off of spool holder by moose4621.

Changed the thread profile to be easier to print. In my opinion/experience the previous thread geometry almost required a dissolvable support material.

EDIT (11-1-2018): Added versions with "grips" to make tightening easier. Previous 45deg angle created sharp edge

EDIT (4-8-2021): Added versions with no bearings needed. Uses 8.5mm hole for axis rod.
