I3 mega Hotend Cable Guide

Thing remix from DrOlivier design.
I remove the bowden tube guide.
There is two files. One with gap for the screws and one without the gap.
The one with the gap for the screws you´ll need supports (remove the supports with the hex tool). The other doesn´t.
This thing do not hit in any part of the anycubic i3 mega printer.
