I couldn't find a good standee replacement for the Gloomhaven bandit guard here on thingiverse. So I grabbed a mini from this collection and imported it to blender. From there, I made a few changes and exported some poses. Feel free to modify it even further if you want another pose or more details on the mini. If you are printing with a DLP/SLA printer, the details on this model might be too lacking, but it works great for my pursa mk3 FDM printer.
