Spinner for 3DLabprint P51 Mustang

I made some changes to the spinner for the 3DLabprint Spitfire made by @DrVork

- Slightly bigger
- Easier to print/cleanup
- CCW
- 6mm hole to center better on prop shaft

Uses two small servo screws to attach cone to backing plate
