I created this thing for my E3D V6 hotend mount (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3175267). The switch mount takes both switches for the x- and z-axis. The z-axis endstop is attached to the spindle and rotates with it. This leads to a much higher precision than a linear endstop. The distance between the center of the spindle and the microswitch is 8 mm which means that the circumfence is about 50 mm. 1 mm of movement on the circumfence means 0,15 mm of movement in z-direction.
