a router jig that I've created for creating holes in cabinet doors for Hettich Sensys 8645i TH52 hinges. It's laser cutted from 3mm MDF plate and all the peaces were glued together.
It's recommended to use three 3x20 screws for stability.
I've used the Festool template ring 17mm together with 10mm router bit to drill 13-14mm depth holes and the hinges fit perfectly. I use Festool screw clamps that fit perfectly into the slots and hold the jig in place.
SVG has already a kerf of 0,1mm. Di
