ClampFanMount_40mm-m3-sensor

I remixed this to also include the 12mm sensor mount from mekatrol. This makes the whole thing one rigid piece and stops the fan from making so much noise. I didn't use the fan mount holes to mount the fan, opting to use hot-glue instead which makes the interface gummy and soft to also help reduce vibration. I'm using these offsets for my printer:
