Bare-Bones Top Rail for the Nerf Stryfe

This is a bare-bones top rail for the Nerf Stryfe. Please note that this thing is still a work in progress. But despite that, I am sharing this since I mainly intend this to be something others can modify and remix to their liking.

The rail is split into two parts which are joined via a tab connection in the middle. The whole assembly is attached to the Stryfe's front sling mount and this is the only attachment point.
