Solar Boiler temperature sensor casing

We have a solar boiler. (We also have PV panels, but that is not for now :-)

I'd like to know the temperature of the panel water coming in, and the temperature in the upper part of the barrel.

This is the casing front for my little electronic project to measure things.

Still work in progress, as the back of the casing is not finished yet.
