I designed this handlebar stopper to fit my Grand Canyon hardtail's impact protection unit. The original one broke quite often and it is hard to get the spare parts (e-mail to the customer service or a short visit at Koblenz..)

It does not have exactly the same dimensions as the original part:
I designed it with less clearance between headset-cap and stopper to make it more robust against impacts. It should be printed with ABS and with 100% infill. PLA failed immediately (layers got sheared
