I printed a great featherboard a few nights ago. Sorry, I can't find it now to credit it! I was going to weld up some T-nuts when I thought I would try 3D printing instead and so far they appear to work really well.
i didn't use any supports (HIPS) and apart from a little stranding inside the hex hole it printed really well. just use an awl or fine pliers to pick out the strands.
Added the SolidWorks file also in case anyone needs to remix it.
