Monoprice MP Select Side Vent w/ SD Card Extension

This is a holder for a micro SD card reader extension cable that will sit on the side of the MP select mini.

It is a mashup of the micro SD card extension holder from the Anet a8 and the passive cooled side vent on the MP Select mini.

I printed it with the default Normal settings in Cura using tree supports, but it may printer better with the standard supports. No modification is needed.
