Ender 3 Board Cover with 70mm fan 12V

This is my version of the motherboard cover that allows you to use a 70mm fan. Such a fan can be easily found with the old AMD CPU cooling systems.
The fan works on 12V voltage so you need a stepdown from 12V to 9V (or less). For this purpose, I used LM2956 which should be placed in a hidden area next to the fan. You can use 12V without stepdown module if you wanna fan at 100% 12V speed
