Bike Light Strap Adapter

Designed for the Mountain Equipment Co-Op (like REI but Canadian) "Plasma" LED Rear Light , but really should work with any bike light designed to attach to a seatpost. The intent of the adapter is to allow you to attach such a light to a 20mm backpack strap.
