Ghost cookie cutter

Not really a remix, more like a 100% rework. Just took the original perimeter directly from stl.

Features:
1) Thick holder on top
2) Thinner cutting edge
3) Two versions: with eyes/mouth and clean for drawing on top
4) Sturdy walls, good for scaling down
5) Can be scaled down to 7cm on the longest size (about 70%) and still print find with 0.4 nozzle
