Eye of Sauron headdress. You can make the eye by printing the file for it twice, then gluing the two halves together. I added an LED inside to make it light up, and decorated the outside with red and orange tulle for the fire, and black felt for the iris. Then string it up using fishing wire.

You can also line inside with felt to make it more comfortable.
