Another mount for boat covers/tarps. this one is for the wood rail, not sure if that's a standard size on personal watercraft. Ours is an old Trojan, rail measures 3.5 X 7cm. The pipe mounting angle is just approximated, I suppose snow won't slide off, but hoping for some chat on these designs.
This is made for 1" OD pipe but easy to modify in Orchard.
