Wheelbarrow Handle to fit 30mm tube

The plastic handles that fit over the 30mm tubing on my wheelbarrow required replacing.
These were designed with a 2.5mm oversized ID to allow for adhesive and irregularities in the rusted tubing surface.

I used ASA which is supposed to have good UV resistance. If a filament type with less resistance is used an opaque paint will extend the lifetime of the part.
