This is the BT60_simplified upscaled to fit my Estes Mercury Redstone (kit #1921).
scottdee did a great job with the models. He didn't have a simplified version to fit my kit though.
Anyone who's ever assembled that model knows the capsule was a bitch to put together. I'd hate to see it all crunched after bad recovery... or not be able to find it at all.
The original looks good for display, but I wanted this one for actual flying. If I lose it, or it breaks, I'm not going to be heart b
