This is a stationary mount for the Hobbyking Quanum Elite 600 mw TX combo and similar:

The hole distance of the base is 8 mm (center to center) and the hole diameter 3.5 mm.
All the cables that came with it fit into the box and if you like you can print the cover as well and close it with two cable ties.
