A simple and fast test for calibration of FDM printers.
Dimensions:
* lines: 5mm wide
* tube inner diameter: 8mm
* tube outer diameter: 12mm
* plate: 30x30 mm

The plate is 0.4mm high and the marks are 0.6mm for a total of 1.0mm or 5 layers with 0.2mm height.
