VESA Swivel plate (90deg) modified

I took dumle29's otherwise excellent design and modified it a little.

I made some indents for the nuts, cut off some height and made a chamfer on an edge.

Thins makes the entire thing a bit more streamlined and easier to mount :-)

I mixed it with an VESA 75 -> 100 adapter, which I might just add to this design - Would be rather easy to implement.
