Monoprice Select Mini V2 E3D Fan Cooler Pack

When I bought the MPSM V2, the previous owner had already installed an E3D V5 hotend with the standard 30mm fan. The available heatsink/ part cooler ducts fitted the heatsink, but put the part cooler above the extruder nozzle, causing problems with maintaining the correct temperature.
