Can Coozie to Bottle Adapter

I have a couple of [Ozark Trail 12oz Can Coozies](https://www.walmart.com/ip/Ozark-Trail-12-Ounce-Vacuum-Insulated-Can-Cooler-with-Metal-Gasket/54304693) purchased at Walmart. While they seal nicely when holding a can, most bottles are too narrow and do not seal. This makes your drink get warm and annoyingly allows the bottle to flop around. Other brands of can coozies share the same dimensions so this thing should work for them, too.
