New D-Bot Mount for Nimble V1

5: Added a mount to move the whole hotend and fan down by 20 mm. This to fit the original design better. Thanks, JediKnight2.
4: modified the BL Touch rails. Removed the back wall of the nut pocket. Since the rails is glued onto the clamp, it doesn't need a back wall.

3: Added Induction sensor mount.
