This is a profile that i got from youtube for Ender 3: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fadHuX2wD-Y
It works really great. The only thing i modified was: Additions, Use skirt/brim, Skirt offset from part = 0,00.
In this way it will printing a skirt under and near the solid, increasing grip on the surface bed.
If you want to make anothere image with lithophane, use this settings:

Settings: Settings, Image settings, Move from negative to positive c
