Anycubic Mega i3 hotend cover with BLTouch support

I've modified my hotend cover to add an adjustable height support for a BLTouch probe on the left side of the cover.
Now it's fully tested and functional. I've set it up with AUTO_BED_LEVELING_BILINEAR, Z_SAFE_HOMING and HOMING_Z_WITH_PROBE and all works like a charm.
It's a clone of the original one (from Trianglelabs)
The one in the photos is the v2 version which includes a hole to pass the wires on the top left side of the cover.
