MW LRS-350-24 ultra silent PSU mod (92mm fan + extra air flow)

In this mod I've added support for a 92mm noctua fan. It should also support many, if not all other 92mm fans, however it has only so far been tested on noctua fans by myself and Be Quiet! fans by user radian23.
