Ender & CR10 extruder body with chain to hotend and filament sensor

Found great things here, one was cable chaing from extruder to hotend, another was modified extruder with nut to hold PTFE tube on place and i wanted filemnt runout sensor too, so i decided to mix all this things in one.

Base is from @FedorSosnin extruder with nut, then the chain holder is attached and finaly, filament sensor by @Rocket_Knight

If you don't want to have filament sensor, i provided version without this sensor holder.
