Low Height Ball Bearing Spool Holder (3x10x4 BB, Creality holder)

I leave my Ender 3 in a closet, and the height of the space is less than the printer with the filament spool on top. The easiest way to address the issue is to lower the spool.

The original design (not included) of the spool holder managed to lower the height, but the friction was not satisfactory. The idea of using ball bearing was born, and I ordered a set of them for M3 hole, as I have a box of various length M3 screws from earlier RC quad days.
