Z endstop easy adjustment

the standard z endstop mount kept snapping and wasnt precise enough so i ended up making this mount that gave me the opportunity to adjust via a screw and mount the endstop to the 2020 alu
you need 1 short screw and 1 long... optional you can use standoff as i did to make it easier to adjust
