To prevent z-wobble, the Z-axis printer must be belt driven. Z-axes must be able to be moved very precisely and finely resolved. Minimal errors or fluctuations in the layer height are immediately visible in the print image. To get the resolution to the maximum possible, a pulley system and a 0.9 ° stepper are used.
For the modification you need:
6 x ball bearings F624ZZ
1 x ball bearing MR105 ZZ
Cylinder pin d = 4mm, L = 20mm
Stepper Nema 17 , 0.9 °, 2.0A
Drive belt GT2, 6mm, 1m
tooth
