I designed this thing to hold the Vector Minimax U-lock on my motorcycle.

A metal plate is provided with the lock so that we can mount it on a motorcycle, but I wanted mine to be clamped on my Heavy Duties panniers rack. So I made this adapter that will fit any 17.5mm tubing.

The clamp diameter is 19mm to be able to put some bicycle inner tubing between the pipe and the clamp. Rubber will prevent it from turning.

Requirements: 1 hex M6 screw with wide washer and nylon locking nut + 4 he
