Articulating Raspberry Pi Camera Mount remix for MP Maker Select Plus

I needed a camera mount for my select plus; was super impressed with the mount from sneaks for the mk2 and mk3, so I made a mount for the right X axis endplate on the maker select plus (which I think is the same as the wanhao duplicator i3)

There just happened to be convenient screw holes there; probably used on some models, but if not you can use these =]
