Remix to combine https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1383913 and https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2769783.
Redrawn / imported in OnShape because I could not get FreeCad to generate STEP files for the extruder. Slight alterations to fit my CTC i3 printer and add BLTouch holder.

Make sure to rotate parts correctly in slicer program before printing.
