X axis pulley bracket

On my Tronxy X3A the belt was rubbing against the aluminium extrusion so i made this to fix the problem

*Used a pulley with a 5mm ID and added some washers to space it out a bit
*Added a hole at the top to tie the cables to
*Reused the original endstop that came with the printer
