Cross-slide cover for Craftsman / Atlas lathe

This is a replacement cover for an old (1935) Craftsman / Atlas lathe. It attaches to the cross-slide to cover and protect the threads.

EDIT: 12/27/18 Modified .scad file such that cover size is output to console log during rendering.
