window hinge replacement part

A colleague of mine broke a part on his Lorenove window but could not find it as a spare.
I reverse-engineered it the old way : using a caliper to get the measurement. In fact I tried the hype scan 3D method but failed (it was my first try, but sure not the last one).

Printed in PLA but it is very weak. So I had a go with ABS, it was a first try too. I was quite disapointing to see it fail at 80% of the height.

Next try will be to print it NOT flat on the bed. I hope to prevent it from b
