DiA Flex Owl v3 multipurpose safety 3" quad

Here is my new, completely redesigned version of my [Flex quad 130](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2739206).
- 150mm diagonal, wide-x format
- mount holes for 30.5x30.5 and 20x20 stacks
- 6 [Twist-Lock](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3224718) holes, 3 on each side. Use mounts for 5mm thick frame.
