Y-Shaft Clamp with sensor for Anet A6 Evolution Cube

This is a remix of the y-shaft clamp for the Anet A6 Evolution cube type printer https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2067818.

The normal clamp (you may use 3 of them) is unchanged.
The new clamp has an additional terminal for an y-end-stop sensor. For the sensor you can use

the original Anet microswitch

or

the Makerbot mechanical endstop v1.2


Installation:
For each clamp you need:

2x M5x10 + washers + hammer nuts
2x M3x8 + nuts
