Iron Man lantern wedge for chest running lamp

This may be one of the hardest designs to explain that I've made.

While walking the dog at night, carrying a lantern or flashlight is not optimal, when it's icy and I'm struggling with the dog (she never learned loose-leash). So I bought a lantern that I strap on my chest and shines out from there ahead of me, with my hands free (it also has a safety light on the back). So obviously I have to call it my Iron Man lantern.
