I wanted something simple so I remixed these for my Ender 3. It has greatly reduced the noise a lot and helps eliminate ringing/ghosting. Print 4 of these or more if you want extra stability (I printed 4).
These snap (or slide if you remove the front covers) on the bottom extrusion right before the stock rubber feet. It will require some hand/finger strength to do so. Once snapped in, you can easily slide them to any position along the extrusion. I printed these in both, PETG and PLA+ and bo
