7" pi-display brackets for 2020 extrusions (e.g. Ender 3)

Simple brackets to mount a 7" pi-display running octoprint on top of my Ender 3.
Not really a remix — these are just brackets that fit onto the unmodified case from luc_e. I've created two versions of the left bracket: a short one if you want to use the sd card slot, and a long one if you'd prefer more support and don't mind opening the case to change the SD card.
Use 12mm M3 cap head screws to attach the brackets to the pi touchscreen display and two twit nuts in the extrusion.
