OpenForge Pirate Ship Crows Nest and Mast Extensions

After printing the [OpenForge Pirate Ship](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2016337) by devonjones, I realized that I wanted to have the option of taller masts and at least one crows nest. To use the mast extensions on the ship, the masts on the deck, forecastle, and poop deck should be shortened to around 3/4-1 inch. This allows the extensions to slip over the top of the stub and attach to the model.
