CR-10S Z-axis Wobble Adapter

My z-axis rod on one side of my CR-10S5 had lots of wobble and vibration. I took the rod topper clamp file by user "thinkyhead" and added a tube to cover the top of the axis rod. I removed the screws and placed this adapter over the rod and replaced the screws. No more wobble or vibration.

I made two adapters - one with a 5mm tube fitting and one with a 6mm fitting - use whichever fits best.

I printed it with .20 mm layer height and 100% infill with the flat side down and no supports.
