Towel Rod Toilet Paper Holder

I just had knee surgery so we had to clear the little table out of our bathroom and there is no toilet paper holder in the bathroom, it is a small room.
We have a towel rack in front of the toilet that we don't use so I designed a paper holder that hangs from the towel rack.
It is in 3 pieces in case anything breaks you don't have to print the entire thing again.
It takes 1 m4 screw.
