Top Right Bracket with flash Bearing Insert (Inverted Z-Axis)

Remixed one more item from my favorite brackets collection by cbaoth.

Just wanted a flash insert for the 608 ball bearing.

Also I increased a lit bit the bolt's hole diameter (the vertical one) as well as the bearing's diameter because my printer has the tendency to make smaller holes im my prints.
