Gear cover for Harbor Freight 7x10 mini lathe

The carriage on the Harbor Freight mini lathe is open on the back and allows metal shavings to get into the gears. This is a simple cover that will close up the back and keep this clean. There are no mounting holes in the part so you will need to drill your own. I used a couple of M3 flat head screws on mine. The lead screw cover must be removed to allow clearance for this cover.
