Mendel Prusa quick change filament spool

Yet another Prusa filament spool dispenser, this one works nicely and is quick to change reels.

The frame top clamp clips into the frame without tools and the reels clip into the receivers on the top of each pole. I added a filament guide at the bottom to save the noise of the filament ratcheting along the top threaded rods and it works well even when the printer head is at the extreme ends of the x-axis.
