This I2c LCD 16X2 Holder was made as decoration to my project, the holder includes a simple lock mechanism that can easily removed but still keeps the screen inside the case.

It might be wider for some, so i've attached the Solidworks (2016) files for further adjustments.

I've assembled the holder on aluminium standard 30X30 profile with M6 screw.
